A new program has been written here to calculate magnetic flux line trajectories in magnetic electron lenses for axially symmetric and asymmetric magnetic systems, such as the magnetic electron lenses that are excited using coil windings. The recently introduced program used the acronym "CMFD" for "Calculating Magnetic Flux Density(MFD)". This program possesses many features, such as the flexibility of reading the input data using any text editor, the flexibility of exporting data to Microsoft Excel or Text File Extension, the ability to plot the magnetic flux lines directly, and the system circuit furthermore flexibly to change both of course and the fine meshes for finite element (FE) calculations. A new suggested design of magnetic lens has been investigated using this new software written in this work to demonstrate a part of the program's capabilities of studying the geometrical parameters effect of magnetic systems on the flux lines distributions. This study found that this new program is easy to use and can draw magnetic flux line trajectories with high clarity and accuracy
